Registration

EPIT Registration is open till april 10th.  

Registration fees include housing and meals. Participants can choose to be hosted in a single room or to share a double room with another participant.

EPIT is a CNRS thematic school; consequently, people employed by CNRS (PhD students, post-docs or permanent researchers) do not pay registration fees.

Regular registration fees:

single room: 650 euros

double room: 600 euros

Student registration fees:

single room: 550 euros

double room: 500 euros

CNRS employees registration fees:

single room: free

double room: free

The registration process to the school is in two phases:

1) A pre-registration where on the one hand we collect some information (type of redgistration, student status, allergies, etc.) asking you to fill this form and on the other hand you fill the pre-registration on Azur Colloque website: https://dr01.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/200/preinscription.

2) Once your pre-registration request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be directed towards the registration and payment  webpage.
